My earbuds don't work straight out of the case!
Answer: Please remove the blue protection tape on each earbud and also make sure your case is charged.
What does AXS mean?
Answer: AXS (pronounced ACCESS) is an acronym for Audio Expert Systems.
Why can’t I find “AXS Earbuds” on my Bluetooth settings page?
Answer: If you don’t see “AXS Earbuds” on your list of available Bluetooth devices do the following:
- Turn the Bluetooth OFF on your source device (phone/tablet/mp3 player/computer)
- Turn the Bluetooth ON again to rescan for available devices
Answer: You can enjoy up to 10+ hours of audio when you start with 100% charge.
How do I reset my earbuds?
Answer: Place both earbuds back into the charging case. With the lid of the case OPEN, press and hold down the reset button at the bottom of the charging case for 5-10 seconds. The four (4) LED’s will flash 5 times to confirm reset completion. Close the lid and you are ready.

Can I charge my charging case using a wireless charger?
Answer: Yes, our charging case works with most QI charging pads
How can I tell the charge left on the charging case?
Answer: Lift the lid open and the LED indicators will light up to indicate how much charge is left on the case (1 LED=25%; 2 LED=50%; 3 LED=75%; 4 LED=100%)
How can I tell how much charge is left on the earbuds?
Answer: Most smartphones/tablets/computer have already activated widgets monitoring and displaying the current amount of charge left on the earbud. We’ve also programmed the “Low Battery” voice prompt to indicate when you have < 30% charge left on your earbuds.
Why doesn’t my music play through the earbuds?
Answer: Confirm that the earbuds have adequate charge. Also confirm that your media output is set to our “AXS Earbuds”
Can I turn off the prompts?
Answer: No. The prompts cannot be turned off.
Can I change the EQ levels on the earbuds?
Answer: No, we feel that our EQ setting already allows you to experience the best of the audio you’re listening to.
